Meet Bralin
BPX Performance was built from a lifelong passion for training, consistency, and athletic performance.
What started through football and years of staying active through lifting, running, and sports eventually became a way to help others reach their own fitness goals. After earning a personal training certification through ISSA in 2023, I began coaching clients ranging from young adults to busy professionals, helping them build strength, lose fat, and create consistency in their routines.
Along the way, I gained experience working in local gyms and completing internships with Georgia Tech Football’s strength and conditioning staff during the 2025 winter and spring training periods.
Today, BPX Performance focuses on online coaching designed for busy professionals who want structure, accountability, and real results.
